It’s Sunday again and time for me to weigh-in.
Week 3 Weigh In - 196 lbs
I seemed to have drop a couple pounds since last week. Although I didn’t do much by means of physical activity, I did NOT stuff my face with fried crap at work. I opted for unhealthy salads, but salads nonetheless.
I had a huge dinner last night but walked over two miles afterwards. So I guess it evens out? Probably not but at least I moved slightly.

I was very bad this week. While at work Monday thru Wednesday, I had nothing but onion rings and french fries for lunch. I also probably ate four cheeseburgers this week. You’d think that buying the scale last weekend would inspire me to actually do something, but if anything, I went in reverse. I haven’t eaten this much junk in a long time. After last week’s swimming, I haven’t done anything physical, not even sex.
So, it should come as no surprise that for my weigh-in, I gained a few pounds.
Week 2 Weigh-in: 198 lbs.
This week could be described as how NOT to lose weight. I do have high hopes for Week 3 because things could not get any worse than they did in Week 2.

I haven’t given up my quest. Nope, it hasn’t happened. I’m still here, kicking away at trying to lose some poundage.
As for my lack of writing, I had an “uh-oh” of sorts. To be specific, I thought there was a possibility that I was pregnant and as we all know, the last thing a pregnant woman needs to be concerned with is her obesity. If anything, she knows her waistline will only expand, and rapidly. Unfortunately, I am not pregnant so my quest to lose weight continues.
Yesterday, I finally bought a scale. I have mentioned I hadn’t weighed myself since my last doctor’s appointment this past October. Surprisingly, I hadn’t gained any weight since that appointment (yay!) but my weight is still too high. So, here goes:
Angela’s Weigh-in Week One
195 lbs.
Yikes!
Today, I did work on my activity. I spent the entire day swimming. According to Myfitnesspal.com, I burned 1047 calories this afternoon. NICE! And it was fun. Let’s say that swimming is my favorite physical activity.
I’m back on the wagon!
